Licensed Site Safety Coordinator in NYC.
DOB-licensed Coordinators for mid-rise projects 7–14 stories or 100–199 feet. Same daily discipline as an SSM, scaled to mid-rise. Every credential held by an SSM W-2 employee.
A Site Safety Coordinator is the NYC DOB credential required on Major Building mid-rise projects between 7–14 stories or 100–199 feet. The role mirrors a Site Safety Manager's responsibilities, scaled to mid-rise scope: daily site walks, sign-offs on major operations, direct DOB coordination. If your project is borderline, we recommend the higher credential to protect the schedule.
"On any building 10 stories or more in height but less than 15 stories, or 100 feet or more in height but less than 200 feet, a Site Safety Coordinator licensed by the Department shall be designated."

A premium service, quoted per project.
Skilled Safety Management is a premium service. We don't publish standard rate cards because every NYC project has different scope, duration, shift requirements, and complexity factors that materially change the price. We provide a fixed-fee proposal within 24 hours of receiving your project documents.
Factors that affect a quote
- Project size, height, and DOB classification (Major Building, alteration, demolition)
- Project duration: months on the books drive total fee
- Shift requirements: night, weekend, 24-hour operations
- Dual credentials needed (SSM + CSM, SSM + F-89, etc.)
- Complexity and risk profile: adjacent to occupied buildings, transit, landmarks
- Geography: mobilization distance from our Brooklyn HQ
