All credentials listed are held by current SSM employees. We do not subcontract licenses or rent credentials.
NYC DOB Site Safety Manager License
- What it authorizes
- Authorizes the holder to serve as the licensed Site Safety Manager on Major Buildings 15+ stories or 200+ feet under NYC Building Code §3310.
- Renewal cadence
- 3-year cycle with continuing education hours each year.

NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator License
- What it authorizes
- Authorizes the holder to serve as the licensed Site Safety Coordinator on Major Buildings 7–14 stories or 100–199 feet under §3310.

NYC DOB Concrete Safety Manager Certification

- Authorizes the holder to inspect and sign off on concrete operations on Major Buildings under §3310.10.
